1861 Census After ten years of marriage Charles and Mary Ann Blake had had at least four children who are listed in the 1861 Census. The family had moved just over 2 miles west to Clerkenwell, very close to a very large Post Office which is now the site of the Post Office Museum. While Charles was now living in Cheshire St, his mother was in the workhouse. She died in 1873.
