Richard Bertram Seabrook (1910 - 1986) Richard Bertram Seabrook was born on 15 May 1910 and was baptised on 15 Dec 1911 in Moulsham, Essex. Moulsham is a suburb of Chelmsford, Essex, England. It is located to the south of the city centre. In the 1911 Census Richard was the ninth and youngest child of Alfred and Elizabeth Seabrook. The family was living at 34 Wood St, Chelmsford. In October 1912 twins Arthur and Bertha increased the number of siblings to eleven.
