Alfred Seabrook (1865 - )
According to the 1911 Census, Alfred John Seabrook was born in 1865 in Edgeware, London and he and his wife Elizabeth had been married for 24
years with 9 children. Two more children were born in 1912. From the birth registrations the mother has been identified as Elizabeth Mary Ann Borer
who was born on 18 Jul 1870 in Islington, London.
Though the family appear in the 1901 Census in Shoreditch, I have been unable to track down Alfred or Elizabeth in the 1881 or 1891 Censuses. Nor
have I been able to find any record of their marriage or Alfred’s birth (or death).
What follows is therefore just a short branch of the tree, but I hope to add to it later.
Alfred and Elizabeth Seabrook had a total of 11 children between 1892 and 1912, born in a variety of locations in the south-east of England shown on
the following map.

On 24 May 1903 the six children born at that time were
baptised in the parish of Ightham in the county of Kent.
Father Alfred was working as a labourer at that time.
There are multiple family trees on-line which name Alfred’s
mother and father without any evidence. Though I believe
Alfred’s father and grandfather to be named John
Seabrook, plumbers, I am refraining from publishing
details until I can provide some 'proof'.
