Mary Ann Green (1923 - 1972) When Mary A Green was born on 27 August 1923 in East Retford, Nottinghamshire, her father, William, was 28, and her mother, Dorothy, was 22. She married Claude Charles Harlington in September 1944 in Sheffield, Yorkshire. They had four children during their marriage. She died in 1972 in Cheshire at the age of 49.
