He was a horse-keeper at Cottage Model Farm, Graffham Village. The censuses name three children Amy Vera Chandler (b 1901), Percy Victor Chandler (b 1903) and Doris M Chandler (b 1915) but the long time gap between the second and third is interesting. 1911 Census John Ellis Head Married 54 Labourer - iron ore Grafham Huntingdonshire Mary Ann Ellis Wife Married 58 - Twywell Northamptonshire The Census indicates that two other children existed and one has been found to be John Ellis who was born and died in the third quarter of 1890. The other has not been found yet. Ada Ellis had married Leslie Joseph Sharman in the fourth quarter of 1903. Like her sister Annie’s husband he was a horse-keeper on a farm. This time on Lord C Montague’s Model Farm in Grafham. In the 1911 and 1921 Censuses three children are listed : George William Sharman (b 1904), Winifred Margery Sharman (b 1907) and Wilfred Leslie Sharman (b 1908).
