William Henry Blake (1793 - 1868) William Henry Blake was born on 11 Jan 1793 and baptised on 10 Feb 1793 in the parish church of St Leonard, Streatham, London, Middlesex. He was the son of William Blake, a labourer, and his wife Sarah. St Leonard's Church is a Church of England parish church in the London Borough of Lambeth. It is a Grade II listed building and occupies a prominent position on the west side of Streatham High Road, at its junction with Tooting Bec Gardens and Mitcham Lane.
